Practical information

Build-up

There is no separate construction day. You are welcome at the location from 8:00 am to prepare your stand. You have until 10:00 to prepare, since the first visitor is expected around this time. The day ends with a network drink, which will start at 17:15 and will end at 18:00.

Load and unload

Loading and unloading is possible at the back of the building, which can be reached via the parking lot. Here you drive all the way to the back until you arrive at Salon Claire, where the venue can open the back doors. Once unloaded, you can park in the parking lot. If you wish to deliver materials earlier, this is possible, the venue can store this in their luggage room. Please note that the venue is not liable for loss or breakage of deliveries.

Lunch

You will be provided with coffee, tea and water throughout the day. Lunch will also be made available to you at 12.00 p.m. Let us know before May 16 if you have special dietary requirements. Please use the checklist.

Registration

It is important that everyone is registered, also your delegates. You can do this by using the code received in the email. If you lost the code, please contact us so we can provide it again for you. We have a maximum of 17 free entry tickets per participating company, these are meant for 2 delegates en 15 customer relations.

Instructions: Registration for a free entrance ticket is the same as a normal ticket, only at the end of the form you will be able to fill in your personal code. This way the amount stays at €0.00. Please also let your relations know this.

May 23	Floorplan will be made available to all exhibit by the organization.
May 23	Deadline notification about your dietary requirements, names of your delegates.
